South America - Shipped through the port of Santos, rich and full-bodied with a mild character and unique aromatic qualities. Distinctively sweet and mellow with low acidity. Sun-dried, screen 18 sorting, harvested twice a year. This is a softer bean and doesn't take well to a dark roast profile.
