An easy to use brewing system complete with two re-usable filters. Enjoy cold brew coffee or tea at home with this system. Simply place the felt filter in the well of the brewer, put the plug in place and add a pound of coarse ground coffee. Fill gently with cold water and brew for 10-12 hours. Remove the plug and sit the brewer on the pyrex container. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy for up to two weeks. Additional concentrate can be frozen for use later. Excellent over ice with a little sweetener and milk or just ice and water. Filter can be rinsed and re-used over and over again. An extra filter is included. When needed, replacement parts are available from Oregon Coffee Roaster.
