(Formosa) Extra large, silver-tipped leaf. The name Oolong is derived from the Chinese word for "black dragon." Only the Fancy grade is higher. A tea that is appreciated by professional tasters for it's smooth, delicate peach pit nuance. Often referred to as the "champagne of teas".
