P anfired (or panfried) green tea is a nice, delicate flavored green tea with all the healthful properties that are typical of an unprocessed tea. Green tea is characterized by it's grassy flavor, retained because it's not oxidized like black tea is. This tea from China is
dried in a hot, thick, metal bowl; producing a thin flat leaf. It's not given the withering treatment, but is steamed and the leaves rolled. Both delicious and affordable!
