This plant is indigenous to Brazil and is a popular sipping beverage all over South America. It is prized for its health-promoting properties, including lots of anti-oxidants. Brew it like you would an herbal tea with 1.75oz of Yerba to 16.8 oz of water. Lemon and/or honey can be added. Our Yerba is green (the most popular) and is organically grown. Contains mateine, a relative of caffeine but with milder and longer lasting stimulation to the nervous system.
